Potassium hydroxide
Potassium hydroxide is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula KOH. It is a common inorganic base with strong alkalinity. The pH of 0.1 mol/L solution is 13.5. It is soluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in ether, and easily absorbs moisture in the air to become deliquescent. It absorbs carbon dioxide to form potassium carbonate. It is mainly used as a raw material for the production of potassium salts, and can also be used in electroplating, printing and dyeing, etc.

Storage precautions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The humidity in the warehouse should not exceed 85%. The package must be sealed and must not be exposed to moisture.
Transportation precautions: During railway transportation, steel drum packaging can be transported by open trucks. The packaging must be complete and the loading should be safe at the time of departure. During transportation, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or be damaged. It is strictly forbidden to mix and transport with flammable or combustible materials, acids, edible chemicals, etc. During transportation, the transport vehicle should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.
