Hazardous characteristics: The anhydrous substance is a self-igniting item, and its dust is easy to self-ignite in the air. It decomposes in acid and releases highly toxic and flammable gases. The powder and air can form an explosive mixture. Its aqueous solution is corrosive and highly irritating. It begins to evaporate at 100°C, and the vapor can corrode the glass.

Operation precautions:

Closed operation. Operators must undergo special training and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter dust masks, chemical safety glasses, rubber acid and alkali resistant clothing, and rubber acid and alkali resistant gloves. Stay away from fire and heat sources, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Avoid generating dust. Storage precautions:

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat sources. The humidity in the warehouse should not exceed 85%. The packaging is sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidants and acids, and should not be mixed. It should not be stored for a long time to avoid deterioration. Equip with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area should have suitable materials to contain leaks.

Transportation precautions:

During transportation, the transport vehicle should be equipped with the corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. The exhaust pipe of the vehicle carrying this product must be equipped with a fire-blocking device. During transportation, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or be damaged. It is strictly forbidden to mix and transport with oxidants, halogens, halides, etc. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. When stopping in the middle of the journey, it should be kept away from fire and heat sources. The vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned after transportation. Emergency measures:

Emergency treatment for leakage: Isolate the leakage contaminated area and restrict access. It is recommended that emergency response personnel wear dust masks (full-face masks) and acid-proof and alkali-proof work clothes. Enter the scene from the upwind side.

Small leakage: Avoid dust and collect in a dry, clean, covered container with a clean shovel. It can also be rinsed with a large amount of water and diluted with the washing water and put into the wastewater system.
