Composite alkali can replace sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) and industrial soda ash (sodium carbonate). Its advantage is that its price is much cheaper than caustic soda and soda ash, and its cost-effectiveness is also much higher. The efficiency of composite alkali in treating wastewater can completely replace sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), and it is even more effective than caustic soda, and the materials used are more economical. For example, when treating one liter of wastewater, the amount of composite alkali used is only slightly over half of that of caustic soda.

BASIC USE

1. Sewage flocculation settling agent:
A. The screening rate of composite alkali lime for sewage treatment is 125 mesh ≥ 90%.
B. As a strong alkaline agent, it coagulates and neutralizes acidic wastewater or heavy metal wastewater, making acidic wastewater neutral.
C. It can act as a coagulation aid for colloidal particles in wastewater and act as a particle nucleus weight enhancer to accelerate the separation of insoluble substances.
D. It can effectively remove anions such as phosphate, sulfate, and fluoride ions.
E. Can disrupt the binding of chelating agents such as amino sulfonic acid ions or chelating agents to certain metal ions.
F. Adjusting the pH value has a destabilizing and demulsifying effect on emulsion wastewater.

2. Boiler flue gas desulfurization agent:
A. Absorb SO2 from boiler flue gas to ensure that the sulfur content in the discharged flue gas meets environmental standards.
B. It can effectively remove anions such as phosphate, sulfate, and fluoride ions.
C. Can disrupt the binding of chelating agents such as amino sulfonic acid ions or chelating agents to certain metal ions.

3. Other uses: stone cutting aid, soil stabilizer, concrete conditioning agent, chemical reagent, gypsum board joint setting agent, building adhesive ingredient, alkyl calcium sulfonate, pharmaceutical acid inhibitor, astringent, hard water softener, plastic fiber, etc.

4. Used as a neutralizing agent for various acidic water treatment.

5. Used as a stabilizer for acidic water in metal mine tailings.

6. Used in acidic water and solvents in electronic and electroplating factories.

7. Used as a stabilizer in acidic water for textile printing, dyeing, and papermaking.

8. Used in alumina plants to replace sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) instead of alkali (sodium carbonate)

9. Used in chemical alkali enterprises.

10. Used for the treatment of acidic industrial wastewater.

11. Used for water treatment in sewage treatment plants.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Using double-layer packaging with thin film plastic bags, plastic woven bags, or cowhide bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. Strictly prevent rain or moisture during storage and transportation. Do not store or transport together with other chemicals. The shelf life is two years.

NOTE

This product belongs to inorganic alkaline corrosive substances. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with complete and sealed packaging. Pay attention to moisture, rain, and sun protection. Avoid contact with acids. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent packaging damage. When a fire occurs, sand and various fire extinguishers can be used to extinguish it.
